Access to the Parker Apex Partner Portal is limited to approved organizations. By requesting or using partner credentials, you agree to use the platform only for lawful healthcare integration purposes consistent with your approved use case.

API documentation, credentials, OpenAPI specifications, and related tooling are proprietary to Parker Health, Inc. and may not be redistributed, reverse engineered, or used outside the scope of an approved partner relationship.

Parker Health may suspend or revoke access for security, compliance, or acceptable-use violations. Partner applications require acceptance of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where applicable.

These partner portal terms supplement any executed agreements between your organization and Parker Health, Inc. In the event of a conflict, the signed MNDA/BAA and commercial agreements control.
