Parker Health, Inc. (“Parker Apex”) collects partner application information—such as organization name, contact details, NPI, and use-case descriptions—to evaluate access requests and operate the Partner Portal.

Where partners exchange Protected Health Information (PHI) through Parker Apex services, processing is governed by HIPAA and an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Application data is used for onboarding, identity verification, security monitoring, and communications related to your partner account. We do not sell partner application data.
